Gaza, today. Issa, a 60-year-old fisherman nurtures a secret passion for Siham, a woman who works as a seamstress in the market. Finally determined to ask for her hand in marriage, Issa finds an ancient statue of Apollo in his fishing nets, which he decides to hide at home.
